An AI platform for UK fire risk assessors

The problem

Fire risk assessors spend as long writing reports as they do on site. Existing tools are dated, rigid and slow: hours of typing after every visit, with UK standards (BS 9792:2025, PAS 79-1:2020) to satisfy on every page.

What we built

  • Voice capture on site: assessors speak their observations, the platform transcribes and classifies them into the right report sections
  • Report generation to PDF and Word aligned with UK standards, with action plans, risk matrices and audit trail
  • Full SaaS around it: accounts, teams, billing, record locking and review scheduling

Energy certification

A UK commercial energy assessor

Compliance reports drafted from certificate data

The problem

Producing a building regulations compliance report meant manually retyping dozens of values from certificate files and modelling software into a Word template. Slow, prone to errors, and painful to check.

What we built

  • A tool that parses the certificate XML, including the embedded energy model data most software ignores
  • Automatic extraction of constructions, systems and per zone data into the report structure
  • A draft report in the assessor’s own template, ready for professional review

Hours of retyping per report reduced to minutes, with fewer transcription errors and a consistent document every time.

An international shipping company

Shipping forms that fill themselves in

The problem

Staff retyped customer names and addresses into international shipping paperwork by hand, for hundreds of parcels a day between Vietnam and the United States. Every typo risked a delayed parcel, a customs query or a return.

What we built

  • Automatic pre population of customer names and addresses from existing records
  • Automatic flagging of mistakes and inconsistencies before anything ships
  • Validation built for international address formats on both sides of the route

The outcome

Processing the address details for one parcel went from 3 minutes to under 40 seconds. Across more than 50,000 shipments, that has saved the company thousands of hours of work.
